In 2019 we entered into a Joint Venture agreement with the land owner, who owned a piece of land with a disused ‘piggery barn’ on site. We agreed a value for the land/barn and promptly incorporated a Joint Venture company to complete the project.
Kenzoku Properties gained planning permission on the land for the barns, and attracted investment in order to convert the barns to 2 x 4 bed properties and 1 x 2 bed property. The project enabled the land owner to maximise the financial gain from his disused land and work in partnership with Kenzoku Properties who were able to lead the way from start to finish. Working with us within a joint venture gives peace of mind and complete involvement in a project to ensure everyone wins financially.

In order to complete this project, we used investors to fund the development process. As the project has reached completion now, we are able to provide each investor with 8% annual returns on this project.
